Mr. Treglia is the Managing Director & Partner for our McAleer-Gray Florida operation.  As a national boutique executive search firm, our Principals have extensive experience in the executive search industry.  McAleer-Gray’s clients extend across multiple industries and assignments have focused on Board of Directors to all C-level functionalities and their direct reports.

Mr. Treglia has been responsible for the executive search function for multiple Fortune 500 organizations as well as has been leading executive search as part of his own consulting firm, T Two Consulting, LLC.  Mr. Treglia is a dynamic Human Resources executive with over 30 years of business experience and brings talents to McAleer-Gray to help expand and build our presence in the Southeast.  As an effective coach, he has partnered with C-level executives to help them build successful teams and lead the efforts to recruit for the right talent.  His client experience extends from early state private companies to large multi-national publicly held companies.

As an active leader within local community organizations, Mr. Treglia sits on numerous boards and committees contributing his financial acumen and business experiences for both for-profit and non-for-profits organizations.  He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration/finance in 1985.
